By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the cp30 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cp30 platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information you provide is true and accurate. cp30 reserves the right to suspend the account of any user found to have provided false information during registration.
Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and bank account details — must be accurate and valid. cp30 reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification purposes.
Account Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. cp30 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All cp30 users are required to comply with platform rules at all times. Violation of any of the following rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Sharing your account with others or transferring account ownership
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or promotion abuse
- Creating an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Updating your account information whenever changes occur
- Complying with the minimum age requirement of 18 at all times
- Using only payment methods registered in your own name
- Reporting any technical issues or payment problems promptly
- Taking responsibility for all activity that occurs within your own account
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All transactions on the cp30 platform are conducted in MYR. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local online banking and approved digital wallets. Users are required to ensure that the registered bank account is held in their own name.
Deposits are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. cp30 is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment service providers. The minimum deposit limit applies as specified on the platform at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to security checks and identity verification. cp30 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. Funds will only be transferred to a registered and verified bank account held in the account holder's name.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specified wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. cp30 reserves the right to void any bonus if promotion abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Cp30 Liability Limits
Cp30 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate continuously without interruption or error. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and cp30 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or temporary downtime for maintenance.
Under no circumstances shall cp30's total liability to any user exceed the amount of the user's account balance at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cp30 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of cp30 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cp30.
Third-Party Links
The cp30 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. cp30 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Cp30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed appropriate, without prior notice. Any legitimate funds remaining in a closed account will be processed in accordance with cp30's established procedures once the investigation is concluded.
Cp30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users who continue to use the platform after any amendments are posted will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the cp30 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for this purpose.
